1. Agreement to these terms
By creating a Teachery account you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has gained access to it.
3. Using Teachery
Teachery lets creators build, sell, and deliver their own courses and products. You keep ownership of the content you upload. You agree not to use the service to break the law or to infringe anyone else's rights.
4. Payments
Payments to creators are processed through their connected Stripe account. Your own Teachery subscription, when applicable, is billed through Teachery's payment provider. Taxes and processor fees may apply.
5. Content and conduct
You are responsible for the content you publish and for making sure you have the right to use it. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. The AI assistant
Teachery's AI assistant works inside your own account and acts on your behalf, so what it writes, builds and changes there is treated as yours. You stay responsible for it exactly as you are for anything else you publish, including checking it before your students and buyers see it. Where the assistant asks you to confirm something before it runs, confirming it is your decision and your responsibility.
The assistant is part of the Teachery service rather than a separate product you buy, and it depends on an AI provider outside Teachery, so we may change what it can do or stop offering it. Our Privacy Policy says what it sends to that provider.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
